Did you know?

Did you know kefir is a soured, fermented product similar to yoghurt but with more benefits of the good bacteria?  Look for varieties that don’t contain sugar or fruits.  Much better than grabbing a bottle of Yakult for digestive health.  A product that is gaining more recognition in Australia more recently but has been used in Russia since the late 1800’s.  Kefir grains can be used with non-dairy milks as well as cow’s and goat’s milk.
