Anti-inflammatory foods
The majority of us have some degree of inflammation in our bodies whether we are aware of it or not. Including these foods will help reduce any inflammation. My favourites are the spices turmeric and ginger, green tea and extra virgin olive oil. Actually I love all of the foods on the below list, but these are ones I have the most regularly in my diet.
