International Fitness Week 19-25 March 2012
This week (19 to 25 March) is International Fitness Week! Maybe a good time to start a new fitness program (even as simple as going for regular walks), try a new team sport or do exercise that you may not have done for awhile. Some gyms etc are doing special deals this week, so look into that if you have been looking at joining a gym and have been putting it off. I celebrated the start of international fitness week by doing a step class (which I haven’t done in years) and loved it!!
