Apples
We’re coming back into apple season and seeing they are one of the most common fruits eaten regularly in Australia, thought it would be good to revisit the apple.

Also did you know that scientists in America are looking at creating an apple that doesn’t go brown from oxidation. What are your thoughts on this? Is you apple not browning really that important?
