Meditation

Do you want to get the benefits from meditation but find you cant really “switch off” your thinking and just focus on your breathing?

I’m sure I haven’t discovered it but hydro meditation is the best way I meditate. Either in a swimming pool or deep bath, lie on your back so you are floating with your head and ears in the water. You can only hear the sound of your own breathing and if in a pool your concentration only goes to staying afloat. Plus add in the calming action of being surrounded by water.
