Cinnamon would have to be one of my favourite spices. I love many spices, but cinnamon would be in my top 5.
Did you know that cinnamon can work quite well after you eat a meal to help with digestion, particularly if you get heartburn or indigestion.
A great way to have cinnamon after a meal is having a cinnamon based tea.
Another great aspect of having cinnamon after a meal is that it helps balance blood sugar levels and reduces sugar cravings, so you can finish your meal with something sweet that has many health benefits.
